• Contribute : As an IT Product Analyst or a Senior IT Product Analyst, you will leverage your business and technical expertise to support feature implementation that aligns with our IT product strategy. In addition, you will :
• Direct the effort to gather and document comprehensive business requirements and feature acceptance criteria for our commercial lines portals.
• Lead discussions with customers to propose and implement features that are in line with the overarching product strategy, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills through clear and concise written communication and engaging presentations, facilitating effective dissemination of information across stakeholders.
• Identify and proactively address change management requirements in collaboration with business partners, ensuring smooth transitions during project implementation.
• Uphold quality standards by adhering to established testing best practices and expectations while identifying gaps and implementing modifications that drive continuous quality improvement.
• What it Takes :
• Associate Degree or equivalent work experience. Degree in Information Systems, Business Analysis or related discipline. Bachelor Degree.
• Minimum of 2 years of related work experience. 4 years of related work experience.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully manage product requirements throughout the development lifecycle.
• Demonstrated understanding of business process, insurance products, and customer needs.
• Experience with commercial lines insurance or small business insurance direct to consumer.
• Proven ability to cultivate respectful relationships with business partners and team members.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to identify process improvement opportunities.
