The Senior Accountant will play a crucial role in the financial operations of a well known Pennsylvania-based company. This position will involve accounting tasks like financial reporting, analysis, and compliance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and a proven ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets and cash flow statements.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and potential areas for improvement.
- Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts.
- Collaborate with other AP & AR departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the environmental services or logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting and ERP software, such as NetSuite, Excel, or SAP.
Preferred Qualifications :
- CPA certification.
- Knowledge of environmental regulations and reporting requirements.
- Experience with OptaPlanner, Waste360, or Sofpak.

Onsite in Chester County, PA
Compensation :
- $80,000 - $100,000 base salary + competitve benefits package (health benefits, 401k, tuition reimbursement, stock options)
