Daily Responsibilities : Manage and maintain accounts receivable records for accuracy and completeness. Process incoming payments and ensure timely posting to customer accounts. Communicate with customers regarding outstanding invoices and payment arrangements. Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status and collection activities. Collaborate with the accounting team to resolve discrepancies and improve processes. Utilize accounting software to track payments and generate invoices.

Schedule is 1st shift. Pay rate is $20-$23 per hour.

Required Skills : Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role. Strong mathematical aptitude and keen attention to detail. Proficiency with accounting software and general financial systems. Effective negotiation skills when addressing payment matters with customers. Professional phone etiquette and strong communication abilities.
