Reservations Agent

The Reservations Agent will be responsible for but not limited to handling all incoming reservations calls with efficiency and professionalism, be able to make reservations, cancellations, and answer questions on rates, hotel facilities, services, and special promotions :

• Answering telephone calls and greeting potential guests in a friendly manner
• Provide accurate property information regarding room rates, room types, and availability
• Maintain strong organizational and computer skills
• Assist Reservations Manager as needed
