Job Description :
We are seeking experienced, compassionate, and dependable PRN Caregivers / Home Health Aides to provide in-home care services on an as-needed basis.
You will be responsible for assisting clients with daily living activities, personal care, companionship, and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment.
Responsibilities :
- Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide companionship and engage clients in activities
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry as needed
- Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior
- Ensure client safety and well-being at all times
- Follow care plans and document care provided
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CNA, HHA, or GNA certification preferred
- Prior caregiving experience (home care or healthcare setting) is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
