IT Field Service Technician
Pay Rate : $25 / HR
Duration : Open-ended Contract
Area Covered : 20 miles of service area
Description :
DELL warranty repairs for end clients throughout metro area
Skills :
- Familiarity with DELL products / hardware
- Good admin and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of printers, laptops, desktops, servers, and network
- Ability to meet deadlines and SLAs
- Must have reliable transportation in order to travel throughout defined area to complete service calls
- Must obtain DELL certifications in advance of starting the job (Paid for)
