Are you a CNC Machinist with a passion for precision machining? We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a CNC Milling Programmer.

Key Responsibilities :

Program and set up CNC milling machines to perform various machining and cutting operations.
Utilize CAD / CAM software, particularly FeatureCam, to facilitate machining processes.
Take corrective action and adjust offsets as needed to ensure parts are within specification limits.
Work under the general direction of the department supervisor with minimal supervision.
Make changes to machine offsets and replace worn or broken tooling.
Assist with program management and ensure proper documentation on work orders.
Visually inspect parts for defects at specified intervals and conduct required quality checks.
Read and understand written work instructions.
Instruct others on machine setup and operation.
Participate in team meetings and collaborate effectively with team members.
Actively engage in continuous improvement activities to help the team achieve goals related to quality, cost, delivery, safety, and morale.
Learn and apply basic computer skills required to complete work orders.
Experience reading blueprints and using precision gauging equipment, such as micrometers and calipers.
