Jobresponsibilities for Registered Nurse Supervisors (RNs) include andare not limited to :
- Directing initiating and implementing resident / patientPlan of Care.
- Performingresident / patient assessments.
- Assisting Physicians during examinations andprocedures.
- Preparing equipmentapplying / changing dressings and monitoringpatients.
- Checkingresidents / patients vital signs and symptoms maintainingrecords
- Overseeing clinicaloperations the RN Supervisor also handles various administrativetasks
- Administering prescribedmedications and injections.
- Actingas a leader in providing guidance to LPNs andCNAs.
- Assisting in the admissionsand discharge process
- The RNSupervisor role encompasses not only clinical responsibilities butalso administrative duties
Requirements for Registered Nurse Supervisor(RN) :
- Nursing andManagement experience in a long term careenvironment.
- Must be an RNRegistered Nurse graduate from an accredited school of nursing. BSNis preferred but not required.
- Musthave current RN License and current CPR or BLScertification.
RequiredLicense / Certifications : RNLicense
Remote Work :
Registered Nurse - RN On Call - Hospice - FT - Weekend on call - Friday 5pm - Monday 8am.
