Job Description
The Business Immigration Associate will be responsible for providing immigration law advice and guidance to a wide range of Fortune 500 companies with a focus on guiding clients through the PERM process.
This is a high volume role that requires excellent client management skills.

The Successful Applicant
- JD from an American Bar Association (ABA) accredited law school
- Member in good standing of a US State Bar
- 4+ years of professional legal experience representing clients in high volume PERM cases
- Experience dealing directly with clients
- Must have experience with complex writing intensive cases
- Excellent writing skills
- Must be able to provide redacted writing samples for consideration
