Requirements
- 3+ years of experience
- Experience with the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of residential HVAC equipment
- CFC / EPA certification of Type II or Universal
- Supervisory experience
- Maintain record keeping requirements and reports as part of a daily routine
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve repairs
Other requirements
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and tools (up to 50 lbs. or more)
- Excellent communication skills with customers and office team
- Professional appearance and personality
- Comfort with working in confined spaces, on rooftops or other elevated locations, and in varying weather conditions
- Good manual dexterity for handling tools and small parts
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
- Must be able to fluently speak, read, and write in the English language
