  • Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of 10 IT professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
  • Oversee all IT operations and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Manage the Microsoft Dynamics ERP system, including implementation, customization, and ongoing support.
  • Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
  • Create and execute strategic IT plans aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Implement and maintain IT policies, procedures, and security protocols.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware, software, and support services.
  • Ensure business continuity through disaster recovery planning and backup systems.
  • Provide leadership during technology projects and system implementations.
  • Monitor and report on IT performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Preferred Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in IT management or leadership roles.
  • Strong background in IT budgeting, planning, and resource management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop technical teams.
  • Experience with enterprise infrastructure, networking, and security.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, Microsoft certifications) are a plus.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to align IT initiatives with business objectives.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
