We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team in the Mortgage industry.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to utilize their expertise in commercial lines, customer service, client management, and policy analysis to contribute to our organization's growth and success.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of managing commercial lines accounts and maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, ensuring that all client needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Analyze and interpret policy details to provide clients with the best possible advice and solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth and efficient account management processes.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and work closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and changes in regulations that may impact commercial lines accounts.
  • Handle any issues or concerns raised by clients, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Prepare and present reports on account status, performance, and forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications :

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing commercial lines accounts in the Mortgage industry.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a client-centric approach.
  • Strong knowledge of policy analysis, with the ability to interpret and explain complex information to clients.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proven track record in managing multiple accounts, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide effective solutions to client issues.
  • Proficient in using various software applications and tools for account management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications in commercial lines account management would be an added advantage.
