Regional Property Manager
As an Area Property Manager / Regional Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of properties (Dade, Broward and Palm Beach County), ensuring that they are well-maintained, fully occupied, and profitable.

Our client is an Owner Operated Property Manager that focuses on properties in the tri-country area (Dade, Broward and Palm Beach County).
They have a growing portfolio of properties in the area.
Description
- Managing tenant relations : Communicating with tenants, addressing concerns or issues, and ensuring a high level of tenant satisfaction.
- Leasing and marketing : Advertising available units, screening potential tenants, and negotiating lease agreements.
- Property maintenance : Coordinating regular maintenance and repairs, managing contractors, and ensuring that the properties are well-kept.
- Budgeting and financial management : Developing and managing property budgets, collecting rent, and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Compliance : Ensuring that all properties comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including fair housing laws.
- Reporting : Providing regular reports to property owners or management on the performance of the properties.
- Oversee 7+ other property managers and responsible for their annual reviews
Profile
- The ideal candidate will have significant experience in property management (10 + years)
- Strong leadership skills
- Track record of driving results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Experience managing at least 5 direct reports in property management
- In-depth lease up experience with apartment buildings
- A deep understanding of the Florida real estate market and regulations is highly desirable.
