Pay Range : $35-$45 / hr & Excellent Benefits

Full-Time, Onsite

Schedule : 2nd Shift - 12pm 8 : 30pm, Mon-Fri with some flexibility to work weekends as needed

What You'll Do :

• Work safely with industrial electrical systems (24-480 volts), read and interpret electrical diagrams, and use multimeters effectively.
• Maintain packaging equipment in peak condition by adhering to a thorough maintenance schedule and ensuring smooth operation of facilities, including doors, dock levelers, lights, sinks, and drains.
• Repair filling and assembly lines, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and other critical machinery, using expertise to interpret system error messages.
• Operate, maintain, and repair roasting equipment, bag slitters, pallet lifters, and HMIs, ensuring optimal performance.
• Assist with equipment maintenance, including ladder work, the use of hand and power tools, and perform line changeovers and setups.
• Confidently handle accurate data entry within company CMMS and access machine manuals electronically.

What We're Looking For :

• 3-10 years of industrial maintenance technician experience & 3+ years of electrical experience within industrial food production is a plus
• Passion for embracing new challenges, learning new skills, and solving problems with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to adapt when needed to work weekends, evenings, and occasional overtime to keep operations running smoothly.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
