Overview
US Cancer Management Corp seeks a talented Breast Surgical Oncologist to join our growing team at Fresno Cancer Center + Central Valley Breast Care. This breast surgeon will play an instrumental role within our comprehensive cancer center, specializing in the surgical treatment of breast cancer. This role will embrace patient-focused care through close cooperation with our well-established, multi-disciplinary team of healthcare professionals. Our diverse team encompasses board-certified and fellowship-trained breast surgical oncologists, radiation oncologists, and medical oncologists (coming in 2024), working in rhythm with dedicated, highly trained clinical staff members to provide attentive, personalized and exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Expertise: Utilize your advanced knowledge and surgical skills to treat patients with breast disease (both benign disease and breast cancer).
Patient Care: Provide compassionate and patient-centered care, ensuring that patients and their families are well-informed, supported, and comfortable throughout their treatment journey.
Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Collaborate with medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, pathologists, and radiologists to develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
Research and Innovation: Stay current with the latest advancements in breast surgical oncology bringing new approaches and technology to the practice and community when appropriate.
Education: Provide education and support to patients, families, and the community regarding breast cancer prevention, screening, and treatment options.
Salary Range: $400k-$420k (**plus generous bonus) with Multiple Year Salary Guarantee. The range listed is exclusively for base compensation for full-time employment and does not include incentive compensation or benefits.

Qualifications
- Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD), Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
- Board certification in Surgery and Surgical Oncology
- Completed fellowship training in Breast Surgical Oncology
- California medical license or ability to obtain prior to start date
- Team-oriented breast surgeon with a proven track record of at least 1 year of experience in the field
- No J-1, H-1B
