Job Description
Hillstone Restaurant Group Inc. is searching for a Payroll Senior Accountant / Manager position based in Phoenix, AZ. This position will have responsibility for In-House processing of multi-state payroll for 4000 employees, along with research and special projects.
An Accounting degree, strong payroll experience, and software upgrade experience will be a plus.
Qualifications
The role will include, but is not limited to :
- Processing multi-state payroll
- Reconciling and estimating insurance payments and liabilities
- Preparing weekly, quarterly, and yearly reports and reconciliations
- Identifying and resolving payroll issues
- Managing payroll assistants
- Monitoring promotions, transfers and terminations
- Managing benefits, Cobra, Sick Leave and PTO accruals and writing policies
- Working with a 3rd party to ensure taxes are recorded and paid timely
- Ongoing special projects as they arise
