Responsibilities

Model MCC's values and principles, creating a high-performance, people-driven culture.

Lead the effectiveness of customer relationships through personal engagement and regular visits.

Recommend print and decoration technologies based on design, volume, and label type.

Build strong cross-functional relationships and contribute to organizational goals beyond the immediate team.

Collaborate with customer production art creators and color separators on file construction to meet design intent and print quality standards.

Organize internal resources to meet design intent and account growth objectives.

Drive process and technology improvements to enhance workflows and differentiate MCC from competitors.

Provide product samples and manage customer sample requests, including quotes and timelines.
