Position Summary :
As a Valet Attendant, you will be the first and last impression for our guests at the Renaissance Hotel. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests receive prompt, courteous, and efficient service as they arrive and depart from the hotel.
This position requires excellent communication skills, agility, and a keen sense of responsibility.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Park and retrieve vehicles quickly and safely.
- Assist guests with luggage and provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Maintain an organized parking area and ensure the security of guests' vehicles.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Uphold the hotel's standards of excellence and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
- 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (3 years).
- Drivers License issued in Ohio (Kentucky / Indiana - home address within 30 miles of hotel property)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods and to operate in a fast-paced environment.
