THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR NEW PATIENT COORDINATOR - SCHEDULING COORDINATOR
THE SCHEDULE :
This full-time scheduling role typically works Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm while occasionally working until 6 pm.
YOUR ROLE :
Your day as a New Patient Coordinator - Scheduling Coordinator starts with reviewing patient inquiries and outreach, ensuring no one falls through the cracks.
You reach out to prospective patients, answer their questions, and help them feel comfortable as they take their first steps with the practice.
As you manage the schedule, you fill open slots efficiently, ensuring the practice runs at full capacity. Throughout the day, you work to convert inquiries into appointments, guiding new patients through the process with ease and care, always focused on creating a seamless, welcoming experience.
It's a fast-paced role where every interaction counts!

- High-volume output
