Job Summary :
The Associate Account Executive - Commercial Lines will be responsible for policy maintenance and service of client accounts.
This position will be expected to provide prompt, accurate, and courteous support service to clients and coworkers and can be done remotely once fully trained.
Responsibilities :
- Check policy for accuracy (comparing it to the proposal and agency management system) and handle corrections according to agency guidelines.
- Manage the change request and endorsement process according to agency guidelines.
- As secondary contact, receive, review, and document client and insurer correspondence (phone, email, mail, fax, etc.) in agency management system, according to agency guidelines.
- Review follow-up list on a daily basis and take appropriate action.
- Prepare Certificates of Insurance.
- Act as primary back-up for Account Manager, handling immediate service needs as capable.
- Prepare renewal exposure requests.
- Prepare draft proposals and renewal documents.
- Prepare evidence and proofs of coverage and forward to appropriate parties.
- Prepare loss summaries.
- Prepare applications for re-marketing and quote with different carriers.
Qualifications :
- HS diploma or equivalent.
- Must possess and maintain active P&C License.
- Demonstrated strong PC skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook knowledge.
- Experience with Applied Epic or another agency management software preferred.
- Must be organized, efficient, detail-oriented, able to focus on multiple priorities and possess excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Pay Details :
Annual Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
