THE POSITION :

We are looking for a full-time Account Manager for our Janitorial Manager product. An effective Account Manager has excellent problem-solving skills, knows how to use their resources, works well on a team, takes initiative, and is very detail-oriented.

In this role, you would be responsible for working with new and existing customers by :

  • Setting up new customer accounts
  • Installing software for new customers
  • Traveling to customers to help train on the software product and perform installs while providing consultative customer service
  • On-boarding new customers and teaching them how to use our software to optimize their business
  • Providing training to system administrators and end-users
  • Re-onboarding low usage customers
  • Monitoring account for admin and end-user usage

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelors degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience
  • 3 years of technical support and software implementation experience
  • 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office products
  • Sales experience preferred
