Job Details
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Perform and manage duties related to centralized cash management, including bank account administration, cash forecasting, and debt management.
- Responsible for all cash management / banking functions including banking administration account set up, ACH and wire transactions.
- Prepares and reviews cash account bank reconciliations.
- Prepares, maintains, and updates the cash forecasting model.
- Reports to senior leadership, including the CFO on cash flow forecasting and related reporting.
- Prepares quarterly covenant calculations and lender compliance reporting.
- Assesses accounting treatment for unusual transactions including debt modifications.
- Coordinates and prepares various sales tax filings.
- Manages third party firm for property tax filings.
- Adherence to compliance and completion of compliance training.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE :
- Progressive financial and accounting expertise.
- Extensive experience in coordinating banking activities.
- Knowledge of Excel and ability to work through detailed data sets and account reconciliations.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Must have effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity, ethical judgment, and confidentiality when handling sensitive data.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required. Must be able to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with staff, leadership, and the public.
- Ability to use time productively and contribute to high levels of company operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
Education & Experience
- Accounting Degree
- 6+ years experience in accounting and related banking activities
- CPA preferred
