High-Ticket Sales Person for Manufacturing Company

We are currently seeking a seasoned and dynamic Sales Person to join our team and drive our sales initiatives to new heights.
Currently, the business is doing around $8M - $10M yearly with plans to grow to $16M+ By EOY 2025. The business is 5+ years old.
Prospects come to us looking for a New Steel Building to be delivered to their property, so that it can be assembled there.
We work with them on the design, give them a quote, close the deal and ship their building.
Unlike most sales positions, we have secured the sales function to only the selling portion - meaning more time to close deals for you.
In a lot of other companies, sales people have to handle customer support meaning less time for getting new clients.
Quota is $300k / monthly. The highest performers can close up to $650k / monthly. We do our own internal lead generation creating warm leads for an easier closing experience (No Cold Calling here).
There is a base pay of $20 / hr with a commission rate of 2%. Commission is paid on a weekly basis.

In order to do well, you need to have great personal magnetism and enthusiasm, while still maintaining sincere professionalism towards the clients you work with.
Average ticket size for the main product line without accessories is approximately $30k - $35k per deal. The expected individual sales performance is about 10 deals per month, and during peak times of the year it is possible to close up to 22 deals per month.
You'll be onboarded directly by our Sales Team Lead and we even have a manual to get you there faster. Everyone here is invested in your success.
Relationship Management
Utilize sales skills to generate rapport and mutual respect in the deals you work on to get them across the finish line. Once the deal is closed, it moves to our Order Processing / Customer Support team to get carried the rest of the way.
Collaboration and Strategy
You'll work closely with your Sales Team Lead, giving feedback on the different key metrics that affect sales performance.
There is an open line of communication to the leadership team at all times as well. All improvements coming back to you to improve your close rate and the overall companies success.
Qualifications
Experience : Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience.
Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is desired (Though not required).
