This full-time employed role offers a three-week rotating schedule with 10 days completely off every cycle, allowing for exceptional work-life balance. Position & Compensation Highlights :

• Employed by a nationally ranked Top 20 Critical Access Hospital
• Join a cohesive and experienced 3-person CRNA team
• Three-week rotation :
• Week 1 : Cover 1st OR (M–F) + call
• Week 2 : Cover 2nd OR (M–F) – no call
• Week 3 : OFF (10-day blocks off every cycle)
• CRNAs perform all regional anesthesia including epidurals and nerve blocks
• Diverse surgical volume : General, Ortho, Urology, Ob / Gyn
