The IT Project Management Intern provides general support to the IT PMO team by assisting with tasks, assignments, and projects relating to IT functions.
Assist with IT and business technology initiatives, working on projects that span from concept to completion. This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing multiple projects and collaborating with various departments.
The intern will work closely with project managers and key stakeholders to support project deliverables.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Shadow IT personnel
- Assist in managing and tracking project schedules, resources, and budgets
- Help coordinate change management activities, including release planning, business validation, end-user training, and communication strategies
- Work with the team to support project estimations and deliverables

Qualifications
- High School Diploma and current enrollment in university required.
- Computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Teams, and Office Suite is a plus.
- Current, valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record and reliable transportation.
