Care Force Homes, Inc. is hiring one full-time Direct Support Professional to join our team of big-hearted, can-do humans. Youll be supporting adults with intellectual disabilities in a group home setting where person-centered isnt just a buzzwordits how we show up every day.

The Schedule :

• Monday / Tuesday / Wednesday 2 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM, Thursday 11 : 00 AM - 3 : 00 PM
• Every other Saturday & Sunday : 8 : 00 AM 8 : 00 PM

What Youll Be Doing :

• Supporting people with everyday routines, from meal prep to evening wind-downs
• Helping folks enjoy lifewhether that means hanging at home or heading out into the community
• Encouraging independence and celebrating progress
• Keeping things tidy and organized around the house
• Writing down what happened during your shift so others stay in the loop
• Showing up with empathy, patience, and a sense of humor

What Were Looking For :

• Someone whos compassionate, dependable, and ready to learn
• Solid communication skills (English - verbal, written, and on a phone or tablet)
• A valid drivers license and a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check (per MN statute)
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
• Flexibility to jump in and help if a teammate needs backup
