Reporting to the CEO, the right candidate is results oriented, has excellent sales skills, thinks creatively, can develop relationships with prospective customers, and is self-motivated and driven to exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities :
Promote the Company's neuro health solutions for business growth.
Achieve or exceed assigned revenue and product goals on a quarterly and annual basis.
Develop and execute a strategic business plan with sales pipeline and activity goals.
Utilize all communication mediums to generate leads and develop prospective clients.
Close business and build the regions business.
Conduct in-services and training to customers, tailored to their needs.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Proven sales experience in the neuro health, med tech, or medical legal arena.
Experience working with medical providers and attorneys is beneficial.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Familiarity with CRM software and advanced knowledge of MS Office, Google Suite.
Compensation :
Highly competitive compensation package. Total compensation : $160-175K (total comp at plan); base salary $80-120K (experience dependent);
monthly commissions, and quarterly and year-end bonuses; equity position in rapidly emerging start-up.
