Key Responsibilities
Lead multiple complex technical programs and initiatives to successful completion
Translate business objectives into detailed technical requirements and manage project timelines
Monitor project performance, manage risks, and ensure alignment with business goals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a similar field
Active Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
5+ years of IT project management experience, managing concurrent projects across functional teams
Proven success delivering projects in an Agile environment
Demonstrated proficiency in project planning tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, ServiceNow)
