Tact Staff is seeking a travel nurse RN Pediatric Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Morgantown, West Virginia.

Submission Requirements :

Can only submit to 1 position at a time across the entire WVU system

Drivers license address must be outside 50 miles from the facility

Previous perm candidates must be gone for 2 years

Previous travelers there for 1 full year must be gone for 2 years

Individual unit requirements listed in pulse apply.

Travel teams must be submitted together in 1 email

We are only permitted to submit 2 candidates per opening, if the position is at max, we will hold on to the submission if a spot opens up

of beds 34 9 step down / 6 Oncology

Ratios SD 1 : 3 / Floor 1 : 5 / Onc 1 : 4

Required Certifications BLS / PALS APHON is a bonus / not required

Common diagnoses / Types of patients RSV / Post Op / Cystic Fibrosis / GI / Nephro / Endocrine Pediatric Med Surg

Experience or 'Must have' skills Peds experience Peds SD is a bonus

Are RNs required to titrate drips No

Common titratable & / or set rate drips

Charge Nurse / House Supervisor Yes

Are there nurse aids on this unit / Ratios Yes, 1 : 12

Pediatrician in house 24 / 7? No

RT Equipment (vents, Cpap, BiPap, etc) Hi Flow / Cpap
