Our client, a leading 500-bed healthcare system serving nearly 400,000 residents in the South Carolina, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Controller to join their team.

What You'll Do :
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, providing key insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Lead and direct the accounting team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Oversee budgeting, cost analysis, and financial planning processes to optimize resource allocation.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to provide financial analysis and support for strategic initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and accounting standards.
What You Bring :
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business with an emphasis in accounting.
- 5+ years of experience in financial accounting, with 4+ years of progressive leadership experience in the healthcare industry.
- CPA certification preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- A passion for healthcare and a commitment to excellence.
- Experience working inside a health care system is strongly preferred.
