The Medical Assistant performs patient care and administrative and clerical related tasks based on training, education, and competency evaluations, and as delegated by the Physician, Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, Registered Nurse, or Licensed Practical Nurse.

Education : HS - High School Grad or Equivalent

Certification / Licensure : Must acquire one of the following certifications within nine months of hire : Registered Medical Assistant, Certified Medical Assistant, Clinical Certified Medical Assistant or Emergency Medical Technician Basic.

Experience : One year of Clinical / Administrative work experience
