Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of multiple claims teams and monitor performance metrics
Implement best practices and identify strategic opportunities for improvement based on financial analysis
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to staff to promote maximum performance
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
At least 5 years of TPA or group health insurance experience, including 3 years in a supervisory role
In-depth knowledge of claims, benefits, and administrative processes
Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Office applications
Ability to learn new software and write business correspondence
