Responsibilities
- Gain a deep understanding of Handsome Homebuyer's unique value proposition and brand positioning.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to strengthen brand awareness, drive lead generation, expand seller outreach, and foster strategic partnerships.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, email marketing, and influencer seeding.
- Create, test, and iterate growth experiments to identify scalable acquisition channels.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive analysis insights that inform marketing decisions.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and acquisitions team to align marketing efforts with business goals
- Analyze marketing performance KPI metrics and prepare reports to track campaign effectiveness (i.e. CPL, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates)
- Stay current on investor & real estate marketing trends, growth tactics, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
3-5 years in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related roleProven project management skills with cross functional collaboration.Demonstrated proficiency with CRM platforms, Marketing platforms, and AI tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Hootsuite, ChatGPT, Canva, Adobe Suite) to manage campaigns and optimize customer lifecycles.Skilled in email marketing and automation (Mailchimp, Constant Contact)Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive informed decisions.Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.Preferred :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business (preferred)Proficiency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper) to enhance content and streamline workflowsWorking knowledge of social media strategy and management, including familiarity with platforms such as Hootsuite and Sprout.Data-driven approach with experience in analytics, dashboards, and reportingStrong organizational and project management abilitiesBenefits
