Senior Content Designer – AI & Growth

The Content Design team helps make digital products feel effortless. We’re dedicated to scaling quality content so customers always have the right information to achieve their goals.

Content designers are relied on not only for simple, helpful, and human language, but also for partnership in the design process. We always bring a user-focused point of view and give input on design that goes far beyond words.

Our team is made up of creatives with backgrounds in product design, teaching, journalism, and more. We love learning from one another and meet regularly for syncs and workshops to share work and provide feedback. We’re a collaborative team that’s passionate about craft and committed to lifting each other up.

Role Description

As a Senior Content Designer , you’ll be at the forefront of shaping UX for the next generation of AI-powered products . You’ll craft content strategy and UX writing that makes products feel simple, helpful, and trustworthy.

Your role will focus on high-impact Growth areas such as onboarding and activation. You’ll partner closely with product designers, PMs, engineers, and researchers to ensure content design meets business goals, user needs, and high standards of quality.

Responsibilities

• Drive content strategy and UX writing across key Growth experiences.
• Bring a user-focused point of view to articulate and recommend design solutions.
• Translate complex concepts into clear, easy-to-understand experiences.
• Craft content informed by user feedback, metrics, technical constraints, localization, and accessibility best practices.
• Partner closely with designers, engineers, PMs, researchers, and other stakeholders.
• Align content with business goals, user needs, and style guides.
• Contribute to workshops and critiques to elevate craft and team quality.
