Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with Account Managers to prioritize and manage customer inquiries and issue resolutions
Evaluate and resolve customer complaints, ensuring timely follow-up on purchase orders and quality issues
Collaborate with specialized support teams to manage operational tasks and enhance communication across departments
Required Qualifications
2-year degree or equivalent experience
4-6 years of retail and / or supply chain experience with a solid understanding of sales and operations
Experience with case management tools and issue tracking
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively
Good judgment and decision-making skills in a remote work environment
