The Role
- The Digital Training & Compliance Manager is responsible for all related processes and working practises.
- Continuously monitor brand channels and, when necessary, steer employees to improve their content.
- Ensures all the digital sites comply with the corporate strategy and aims.
- Operate within a strict policy and code of practise.
- Act as the main point of contact for content approval.
- Proactively educate / support the team on existing policies, quality assurance and best practices.
- Create policies and procedures in order to increase efficiency and achieve operational objectives.
Requirements
- Hold a degree in a relevant subject.
- 10+ years working for a technical organisation.
- Naturally progressed through he ranks.
- Strong copywriting skills (English).
- Experience with content management systems.
- Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format, and build and maintain relationships-
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Passionate about leveraging technology and digital media to drive customer engagement.
- Team player, with the confidence to take the lead and guide other departments when necessary.
- Good technical understanding an individual who can pick up new tools and concepts quickly.
- A natural leader with flair and ambition.
