Position Purpose :

Provides the refinery, terminals, pipeline and retail department with security camera systems integration, repair and maintenance. Installation and upkeep of access control systems and smoke detection devices.

Position Description - Essential Functions, Duties and Responsibilities

Inform the Director of assignments of all activities and involvements

Abide by all State and Local Statutes

Abide by all Company Policies, both written and verbal.

Work in cooperation with all other company entities.

Design, install, maintain security camera installations for all company entities.

Design, install and perform maintenance on access control solutions for all company entities.

Design, install and perform maintenance on smoke detection devices.

Conduct all camera installations / integration and work for client as assigned.

Perform work during normal business hours, evenings, weekends or on an emergency basis.

Travel and perform work in the US and / or Canada as directed or needed.

Maintain all certifications (where applicable) related to camera systems / access control.

Attend training for systems integration, certifications, best practice and industry standard.

Work alone or with other URC employees when needed.

Inform Director of needed repairs or upgrades at all company assets.

Utilize all necessary safety equipment / clothing and follow OSHA requirements when working in elevated environments.

Maintain a dialogue with company Investigators to address camera systems operations and solutions in our retail stores.

Submit monthly expense reports to the Director.

If there is any question as to legal procedures, contact will be made with the Director and / or corporate counsel.

Will contact the Director at the beginning of each shift and provide a general itinerary of each work shift and provide general updating throughout the shift.

Assist Plant Security Officers during emergencies, labor actions and as otherwise assigned by the Director

Submit an end of the month report of all activities by the firstday of the following month to the Director.

Maintain high confidentiality of all data generated by the Corporate Security Department.

Competencies / Skills Installation and integration of security camera systems, cameras and wireless components. Knowledge and installation of access control systems. Understanding software related to security cameras and access control systems.

Work Environment Inside & Outside at all company owned properties

Physical Demands Driving a motor vehicle, climb ladders, use boom lifts, work in high areas, use various tools. Must be able to travel to Canada.

Programs / Equipment Used Company Computers and Lap Top Computer, NVR's / DVR's at all described locations.

Required Education and Experience High School Diploma plus at least two years of installation and integration of security camera systems and access control.
