Business Consultant

What You'll Do

• Actively supports larger Business Consulting team projects through the delivery of specific deliverables and leads, with guidance, the design and execution of smaller team projects
• Demonstrate the ability to operate independently with good judgement
• Contribute actively in team meetings, sharing ideas and providing feedback on other's deliverables to help build a team environment focused on trust, learning and results
• Deliver on-time and accurate analyses providing meaningful insights to our senior leaders
• Own primary responsibility for data modeling and analysis across multiple Business Consulting team projects
• Develop high-quality deliverables for presentation to senior leaders and project teams
• Effectively manage potential roadblocks by proactively identifying, communicating, and solving issues
• Demonstrate the ability to effectively prioritize, manage and complete multiple tasks in a given time period
• Contribute to the building of Business Consulting team knowledge capital, tools and templates
• Proactively seek and act on feedback regarding performance, deliverables
• Interact professionally and timely with clients via email, phone, and in-person
• Perform functions of the role within an IMA office more than 50% of the time
• Support and demonstrate IMA's core values

You Should Have

• Bachelor's Degree required; degree in a business or quantitative field (e.g. finance, economics, mathematics, engineering, etc.) strongly preferred
• 1 to 3 years of similar or related experience
• Foundational computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint required
• Limited travel required (less than 25%)

In addition to our robust benefits package, the hiring range for this position is $44,000 - $60,000. While this is the targeted range, final offer amounts will depend on a variety of factors, including the candidate's geographic location and prior relevant experience, as well as their knowledge, skills, and abilities.
