Multidisciplinary design firm is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join their Fayetteville, Arkansas team!
Responsibilities :
- Lead the design / implementation of complex engineering projects
- Ensure excellence in documentation, design integrity, and adherence to QA / QC standards
- Solve / navigate project challenges with advanced engineering concepts / innovative strategies
- Mentor / train junior staff, guide them through complex projects, and assist with professional development
- Ensure continuous improvements by developing / refining engineering practices and standards
Requirements :
Salary is commensurate with experience.
