Location : Almon, GA
Start Date : ASAP start
Pay : Starting at $44+ / hour
Caseload : EK-12 - details discussed further on interview
Position Overview :
- Evaluation & Planning : Perform comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication skills, and develop personalized therapy plans to address issues such as articulation, fluency, and language development.
- Skill Enhancement : Utilize targeted therapy techniques to foster improvements in students' communication abilities, enhancing their academic and social success.
- Team Collaboration : Partner with educators, parents, and school staff to deliver a holistic approach to student development.
- Documentation : Keep detailed records of assessments, therapy sessions, and student progress to ensure ongoing evaluation and clear communication of outcomes.
Qualifications :
- Education : Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Licensure : Valid SLP license in Georgia
- Experience : Previous experience working with students of various needs is highly valued.
- Skills : Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential for engaging with students, families, and colleagues.
