Starting Pay : $15.25 – $17.00 per hour (Based on Department / Position)

Shifts & Scheduling :

• Full-time positions
• Depending on department, shifts may be 8, 10, or 12 hours
• Overtime may be required, including weekend hours as needed

About the Work Environment : This facility operates a variety of production departments and equipment, offering employees the opportunity to learn and grow in several areas. Work areas include compression molding, open cure ovens, cracker mill compression, calendar milling, sanding, die press operation, foam-in-place (spraying foam backing on rubber mats), water jet cutting, autoclaves, and bumpers. Each department plays a critical role in the rubber manufacturing process. Whether you're trimming, pressing, forming, cutting, spraying, or curing rubber materials, you’ll be part of a process that values attention to detail, quality craftsmanship, and efficient production.
