Currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the team at an insurance company in Liberty Lake!
Job Description :
- Assists customers with new and existing claims
- Promotes participation of our client’s preferred provider programs and services when applicable
- Provides telephone coverage in accordance with position description
- Adheres to the standards put forth in call strength audit guidelines
- Contributes to a positive and respectful environment that fuels engagement
- May be called upon to handle additional duties as required
Skills & Qualifications :
- 1 + years of experience in customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word
- Ability to work evenings
