Research Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Research to lead and innovate in AI / ML research and development.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary research team in AI / ML projects from ideation to product engineering

Oversee the development of methodologies and algorithms in biometrics, voice authentication, and fraud prevention

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align research strategy with commercial goals and facilitate the transfer of models into products

Required Qualifications

Advanced degree (PhD or Master's) in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, or equivalent experience

8+ years of professional experience in AI / ML research, including deep learning and computer vision

Experience leading teams in AI research and managing the full research lifecycle

Hands-on experience with Python and major ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras)

Proven track record of publishing in prestigious conferences and transferring research models into production
