BIM Technician : Location - Tulsa
Experience : 0-3 years
Summary :
As a BIM Technician, you'll collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team of architects and engineers, contributing to various aspects of architectural documentation.
Your responsibilities will encompass architectural production tasks, including drafting, 3D computer modeling, and maintaining project files.
For trained individuals, local and national travel may be required for documenting existing conditions.

Essential Functions + Skills :
BIM Technicians will support designers and project leads in producing computer models, drafting, and applying process knowledge training within an established facility building program.
Proficiency in major 3D modeling software, particularly Autodesk REVIT, is essential. Familiarity with other drafting platforms may also be considered.
This role demands a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills are vital for effective teamwork within a collaborative environment.
The position operates within a team setting, coordinating with in-house engineering disciplines and facilitating workflow between different departments.
Must have an associate degree in AutoCAD and / or Revit or equivalent work experience
