Enrollment Specialist
Job Title : Patient Enrollment Coordinator
Contract Duration : 3 Months (Potential for Permanent Placement)
Commencement : Immediate
Location : Andover, MA
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a healthcare environment in an administrative or patient-facing capacity.
- Demonstrated proficiency in face-to-face customer service, adept at addressing inquiries from patients and their caregivers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with patients, caregivers, and medical professionals.
- Proactive and outgoing demeanor, motivated by achievement.
- Familiarity with iCare or similar care management platforms is advantageous.
Responsibilities :
- Facilitate enrollment of eligible Medicare patients into CCM or RPM programs.
- Coordinate with on-site medical personnel to optimize patient engagement and implement enrollment strategies.
- Prioritize CCM and RPM patient enrollment, including providing education, demonstrating devices, addressing patient inquiries, and securing patient consent.
- Record patient consents and all relevant interactions in the care management system (iCare), ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Perform additional assigned tasks as required.
