Job Responsibilities and Qualifications
- 5+ years' practical experience with business intelligence analysis, ETL, data processing, data programming, and data analytics.
- 2+ years hands-on experience in Machine Learning or advanced analytics.
- MS in Computer Science / Statistics or equivalent combination of skills, experience, and education.
- Proven experience working on multiple banking projects involving programming and building predictive models using R or Python.
- Experience building and deploying machine learning algorithms such as Random Forest, Gradient Boosting, and Neural Networks into production.
- Background in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or Keras.
- Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge.
- Excellent pattern recognition and predictive modeling skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable in both a leadership and team-player role.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Understanding of Dimensional Modeling concepts.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
