The ideal candidate will possess stellar academic credentials, superior writing and research skills, and a minimum of 3-5 years of sophisticated commercial bankruptcy practice, encompassing both litigation and transactional experience.
Duties :
- Engage in sophisticated commercial bankruptcy practice with a focus on business reorganization and financial restructuring.
- Handle both litigation and transactional aspects of complex cases.
- Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide strategic advice to clients.
- Collaborate with clients, partners, and legal professionals to develop and execute effective legal strategies.
- Stay current with changes in bankruptcy laws and regulations.
Requirements :
- Stellar academic credentials with a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Should have Bar admission.
Experience :
- 3-5 or more years of experience in a sophisticated commercial bankruptcy practice.
- Proven track record in handling both litigation and transactional matters.
Skills :
