Shift Timing : 19 : 00-07 : 30 Hours Monday to friday (3 days / 12 Hours Shift )

Roles & Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
• Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
• Uniform is ceil blue scrubs. This unit sees high proportion of behavioral health patients.

Minimum Qualifications

• Uniform is ceil blue scrubs. This ED sees higher volume of behavioral health patients.
• Required a minimum of 2 years of Experience

QUALIFICATIONS

• BLS and ACLS
• National Institutes of Health (NIH)
• Certified Principal Investigator (CPI) Certification
• Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
• The ability to stand for extended periods.
• Strong technical skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Passionate about patient care
• Requires a minimum of two years of current RN Emergency Room experience.
• Graduate from a fully accredited RN program
• One year of Telelmetry experience
• Behavioral Health experience, preferred.
• TNCC Certification
• PALS certification
• Active unencumbered RN Kansas state license
• One year of Epic experience
