Travel % : 10% Pay : $98,000.00 - $167,900 What you will do The Project Manager is responsible for managing product and project launches from End-to-End to drive sales for the global dermocosmetics brand : Neostrata.
This manager will help develop portfolio strategy and lead all aspects of the project plan through commercial launch : Key Responsibilities
- Support development of project business cases and appropriate prioritization of activities and projects for the product lifecycle to enable project approval and a balanced portfolio.
- Lead Supply Chain Readiness activities for New Product launches and Product Life Cycle Management including interaction with suppliers and manufacturing sites.
- Support Commercial and Service team during new product roll-out and ramp-up.
- Lead and run major projects across brands within dermocosmetics.
- Manages day to day program activities, overall project resourcing and project budget spending.
- Lead the cross-functional project team across to ensure execution is aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Build strong teams and mentor team members.
- Collaborate with R&D to maintain agility of new product introductions while aligned to the long-term business and brand strategy.
- Oversee the phase in process of SKUs including production of the new SKU and the minimization of inventory and returns.
- Develop and roll out processes related to innovation and agile project methodology concepts to the overall new product development and product lifecycle process.
What we are looking for Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 5-7 years of experience in project management in the Skin Health and Dermo industries.
- 5 or more years of related experience in Supply Chain Management
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
- Experience in managing projects with medium business impact
- Ability to liaise with R&D for life cycle projects
- Strong understanding of Sales & Operations Planning process
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to monitor progress of technical project portfolio to determine impact of planned events on supply chain
- Experience in managing supply events for assigned products
- Ability to act as the internal central point of contact to manage the response during event management Desired Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in new product introductions, launches, life-cycle management or technical transfers is preferred.
- Ability to build business strategies, embrace financial goals, budget management and driving strategy implementation is preferred.
- Experience working in the healthcare industry with skin care or health care products is preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. What's in it for you
- Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $$98,000.00 to $167,900.
