Job Title : Overnight Caregiver Personal Care Worker and Homemaker Companion
Location : Larimer and Weld County
Schedule : Overnight shifts
Job Responsibilities :
- Provide personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, etc.)
- Support clients with mobility and transfer assistance
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Assist with light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, organizing)
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Monitor client safety and well-being during overnight hours
- Follow care plans as directed by healthcare professionals or the client’s family
- Communicate and report any changes in client health or condition
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience as a personal care worker or homemaker companion is preferred but not required
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
- Ability to work overnight shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to pass a background check
